We have found the offices to be good value and have never had a problem with the infrastructure, IT or other tenants. An excellent range of office suites that can be tailored to your specific requirements, comfortable and well soundproofed. For a smaller organisation or a "start up", the ability to obtain modern business premises without having to grapple with lease and lease break issues is extremely useful, extremely easy to arrange and also extremely easy to exit. The staff are supportive , knowledgeable and approachable. The fact that you can select exactly what support you require from the range of modules provides excellent flexibility. These include IT, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Reception and bespoke Telephone Answering. Any of these can be added or removed very easily, and the pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending the serviced offices to anyone, and, in fact, I have actively promoted them to potential occupiers where I felt other people could benefit.
