Dixcart Fund Accounting Services

The fund accounting services that Dixcart can provide include:

  • Preparation of final and interim accounts that comply with Accounting Standards, legal requirements and listing rules, on receipt of the trial balance and certain supporting schedules for the company/fund/entity.
  • Year end preparation of schedules reconciling the trial balance to the accounts and dealing with auditors over disclosures etc contained in the accounts. Dixcart is experienced in dealing with auditors from all of the largest audit firms.
  • Accounts can be prepared in either UK or US GAAP, or IFRS.
  • Dixcart is experienced in handling complex multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction consolidations.

The ethical guidelines of the professional bodies specify that auditors are no longer able to prepare accounts for their listed clients. Dixcart provides accounts preparation services to intermediaries for these clients.
