Dixcart offers managed offices in St Peter Port, the capital of Guernsey. The monthly service fee is a fixed rent per desk occupied (in a secure office). This includes the provision of a desk, chair, pedestal and phone and all rates and utilities, with the exception of telephone call charges.

An internet link is provided per work station and access to the following shared facilities:

• A boardroom
• Reception area with a full time receptionist and a pleasant waiting area
• Access to a kitchen with facilities to make refreshments
