Vista Users

Our support package is at present incompatible with Vista's new Aero interface. This doesn't mean that if you are using Vista we can't support you, on the contrary, we can. However you will need to follow this guide to disable the Aero glass effect before we can connect to you.

• Right-click on an empty part of your desktop and select "Personalise"
• Select "Window Color and appearance"
• Near the bottom of your screen, click "Open classic appearance properties for more colour options"
• In the "Colour Scheme" drop-down box, select "Windows Vista Basic"

Now we will be able to connect to your desktop, and we apologise for this extra step, we are looking at ways of getting our support package to work fully with Windows Vista
