Peter Wilman - Director

Peter Wilman is a director of Dixcart International Limited. Qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1977, Peter has enjoyed a distinguished career within the financial industry, including a number of years as Vice President of Security Pacific National Bank (at the time the sixth largest bank in the USA). Since 1989 Peter has been at the head of Dixcart in the UK, specialising in management consultancy work and directing all major project development. He is also responsible for the UK tax and accounting departments as well as acting as an expert witness in financial matters.
Laurence Binge - Director
FCA
Laurence qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Before joining the Dixcart Group in 1992 he spent six years in general practice, latterly with Kidsons Impey (now part of Baker Tilley). Laurence's main area of practice is advising on family governance, family office and wealth management issues. He advises clients on the establishment of tax efficient structures for the holding of assets and wealth preservation. He also advises on the taxation of non UK domiciliaries, both resident in or coming to the UK, as well as UK resident individuals looking to move abroad. Laurence is on the Board of a number of client companies, both in the UK and overseas, where his international tax and general commercial knowledge is highly valued.
Joe Dunne - Director

Joe became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973. He was a partner with an international firm for seven years before moving to Kenya, where he was responsible for the audits of major state institutions. From there he moved to a firm of Human Resources Consultants operating in the Middle East. On return to the UK Joe was appointed partner at a small City firm specialising in partnership organisations. His work there included acting for the largest UK firm of patent and trademark attorneys and having overall responsibility for the audit of an international partnership encompassing over 250 partners. Joe joined Dixcart in June 2002 as international client manager, dealing with a varied portfolio of clients.
Julia Wigram - Director
ACA
Julia joined the group in 1996 as an accounts manager, dealing with a large portfolio of clients. She is also responsible for co-ordination of accounting staff training, and leads a team of accounting trainees. Julia spent ten years with Menzies Chartered Accountants, progressing to audit manager. During this time she spent eighteen months seconded to Australia on an internal audit assignment. Julia qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1991.
Wendy Anthony-Hoole - Administrator
Wendy joined Dixcart in April 2008 as a receptionist and provides administrative support for the serviced and virtual offices. Prior to this, she worked for British Airways as an Air Hostess and she has a degree in Rural Land Management.
Richard Benson - Senior Web Developer/Technician

Richard is Dixcart’s Senior Web Developer and is also a key member of the technical services team. A graduate of Computing and Information Technology at the University of Surrey, he has 7 years experience of building websites and finding solutions to meet complex IT issues.
Fiona Binge - Management Accountant

Fiona is the Financial Controller at Dixcart Technical Solutions and is also in charge of company administration. She joined Dixcart in 1995 and is responsible for group accounting and assists a number of clients with accounting matters. Her previous positions include six years working as a manager and personal assistant to one of the partners at Citroen Wells Chartered Accountants. Fiona gained a BA Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance in 1984 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1987.
David Burge - Business Development Manager
ACIS
David joined Dixcart as Business Development Manager in September 2006. David previously left the UK in 1989 for a contract with a bank in the Cayman Islands. Having risen to the position of General Manager, in 1997 he left Cayman to set up the bank’s Trust and Fund Administration operation in the Isle of Man. Whilst in Cayman, marketing was one of David’s major functions. He frequently visited the USA, in particular marketing to major New York law firms. David’s role is to introduce Dixcart to potential clients and intermediary contacts. He operates across the UK and specific European cities to help develop clients across the Dixcart Group.
Bridget Carman - Marketing Manager

Bridget Carman is Marketing Manager for Dixcart. She co-ordinates company literature, websites, and internal and external communication. Bridget graduated from UMIST (University of Manchester) in 1980, with a first class honours degree in Management Science. Bridget’s marketing experience extends across a wide variety of companies and business sectors. She has worked for two top 100 multi-national companies and more recently for a number of firms within the professional service sector.
Katya Cleere - Associate
LLB
Katya trained with and qualified into a medium size regional commercial firm in the South East. On admission to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007 she qualified into the Corporate Commercial team of that firm’s London office where she dealt with a variety of SME clients from different sectors. Experience to date includes advising clients on either side of transactions of both business assets and company shares, private company incorporations and LLP start-ups. She has also advised on commercial contract matters, and has been involved with advising companies looking to set up direct selling businesses in the UK. Katya specialises in such matters as mergers and acquisitions; business start-ups and drafting documentation such as partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements, LLP agreements and confidentiality agreements. In addition to this, she also advises on all aspects of company law and corporate governance. Katya is a member of the Law Society and mentors law students from Guildford College of Law.
Tim Davies - Group Accountant and Administrator

Tim joined Dixcart in 1997 and utilises his extensive co-ordinating skills in his current role. His responsibilities extend throughout the Dixcart Group and he deals with the administration and accounting for each of the Dixcart offices. He began his career as graduate trainee at Binder Hamlyn (part of Arthur Andersen Worldwide), progressing to audit manager. Tim spent some time working in Australia as assistant manager and was then promoted to business advisory manager back in London. Tim graduated from Nottingham University in 1986 with a BA in Geography and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1991.
Yvonne Featherstone - Tax Manager

Yvonne has worked as tax manager with Dixcart since 1991, overseeing the affairs of an extensive range of clients and dealing with their personal and commercial taxation. Yvonne gained a First Class Honours Degree in Mathematics at Nottingham University in 1974. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 she went on to spend five years with Touche Ross in Manchester and Leeds, progressing to assistant manager in the company tax department. She then moved on to work for five years as tax manager with Rawlinson & Hunter, and spent some time as an accounts manager at Bullimores Chartered Accountants in Surrey. She became a member of the Institute of Taxation in 1979.
Lesley Foster - Administrator
Lesley joined Dixcart in 1999 as a senior receptionist where she also provides administrative support. Previously Lesley worked at IBM for 23 years where her roles included managing IBM’s hosting programme and assisting with the development and running of other events within the company. She has also worked for British Airways as their Work Experience Coordinator. Lesley oversees all of the documentation arriving at and leaving Dixcart, including organising the safe and secure delivery of all consignments both within the UK and internationally.
Rich Hilton - IT Support Technician

Rich joined Dixcart in 2007 as IT Support Technician and has worked in the IT industry since 2004. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA). Rich works closely with clients, providing telephone, remote and on-site support, as well as administering various key aspects of the Dixcart Data Centre in the UK.
Gill Morgan - Administrator
Gill joined Dixcart in 2002 as a receptionist and provides administrative support for the serviced and virtual offices. Prior to this she completed a course in computing, whilst running her own business.
Paul Morgan - Senior Associate
LLB
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1971, having obtained his degree at King's College, London, and attended Guildford Law School. Paul specialises in company commercial law and international commercial law. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in immigration law, and is a member of the ILPA (Immigration Law Practitioners' Association). He is also a member of the Law Society. Paul's legal expertise is enhanced with the knowledge and experience he obtained when working as a legal adviser for an international trading group. Paul was a partner for twenty-five years in a legal practice, where he initiated the co-ordination of a worldwide association of legal firms.
Anne-Marie Pavitt - Senior Associate

Anne-Marie graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 1999 with a law degree, and from Nottingham University in 2000 with a Masters in International Commercial Law. She completed her training with a medium size commercial firm in Lincoln's Inn before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Anne-Marie practises in employment law and litigation. She is a member of The Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
Angus Rendall - IT Manager
Angus joined the Dixcart Group in 1997 and is head of the Technical Services department, directing a team of four staff. His experience includes seven years as Group IT Manager for an international firm, where he gained extensive experience in coordinating IT projects and systems within the UK and internationally. Angus reviews, plans and implements new and revised networks for clients, to enhance the reliability and effectiveness of their IT systems. He then co-ordinates the on-going support required by each client to maintain their IT communication network, as efficiently as possible. Angus manages the Dixcart Business Centre in the UK and a network of Dixcart virtual offices for a variety of clients. He also co-ordinates a team of web developers.
Pete Robertson - International Consultant

Peter graduated from Exeter University with a law degree in 2002 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2006. His role at Dixcart is to manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing a comprehensive range of international tax and family office advice.
Melanie Smith - Senior Associate
LLB
Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 1991, having obtained her degree at Brunel University, and attended Guildford Law School. Melanie's previous position was Head of the Employment Department in a legal practice. Adept at understanding complex employment law and related issues she is also experienced in litigation. Melanie contributes to professional publications and runs external seminars. She is a member of the Industrial Law Society, the Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
Mike Smith - Accounts and Computer Manager

Mike has been an accounts manager with the group since 1989. He now acts as audit and systems manager for a number of clients, also taking responsibility for accounting and paperless office IT developments across the Dixcart group. Mike gained a BA Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University in 1981 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales since 1984. He began his career in 1981 with Midgley Snelling & Co., Chartered Accountants, progressing to audit manager, and spent two years as financial administration manager at Telecom Security Limited, a subsidiary of British Telecom.
Rebecca Smith - Solicitor

Rebecca specialises in employment law, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: drafting employment contracts, service agreements and policies; advising on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions; as well as advising on all aspects of employment litigation. Her clients include both limited companies and individuals. Rebecca was admitted as a solicitor in December 2009 and completed her training with a medium size commercial firm in Middlesex. She joined Dixcart in June 2010 and is a member of the Law Society.
Debbie Turner - Senior Associate

Debbie graduated from Lancaster University with a law degree in 2000. She completed her training in the Guildford office of a national commercial firm before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Debbie practices in company and commercial matters and commercial property. She is a member of the Law Society.
Jacky Wilman - Administrator and Quality Control Supervisor

Jacky's role within the group includes overseeing the internal administration. She is also responsible for quality control reviews of all audited accounts and deals with VAT issues. Jacky qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1975.
