João Almeida - Lawyer
João joined Dixcart in November 2006. He graduated from Law School at the University of Lisbon and has several post-graduate qualifications in tax and public law. He was a partner at a Law firm in Lisbon where he assisted a variety of clients, both private and public. His role is to provide assistance on legal and tax matters related to client affairs. He also assists in the marketing of Dixcart's services.

Wendy Anthony-Hoole - Administrator

Wendy joined Dixcart in April 2008 as a receptionist and provides administrative support for the serviced and virtual offices. Prior to this, she worked for British Airways as an Air Hostess and she has a degree in Rural Land Management.

Richard Benson - Senior Web Developer/Technician
BSc (Hons) AUS

Richard is Dixcart’s Senior Web Developer and is also a key member of the technical services team. A graduate of Computing and Information Technology at the University of Surrey, he has 7 years experience of building websites and finding solutions to meet complex IT issues.

Laurence Binge - Director
ACA

Laurence qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Before joining the Dixcart Group in 1992 he spent six years in general practice, latterly with Kidsons Impey (now part of Baker Tilley). In 1995 Laurence was made a Director of Dixcart International Limited. He advises clients on wealth preservation and the use of tax efficient structures for both international trade and asset holding. In addition Laurence provides solutions to enable clients to enjoy commercial opportunities available within the British Isles. Such benefits include zero rate corporation tax and low rates of income tax in the Isle of Man and the generous rules applicable to UK non-domiciles.


Fiona Binge - Management Accountant
BA (Hons) ACA

Fiona is the Financial Controller at Dixcart Technical Solutions and is also in charge of company administration. She joined Dixcart in 1995 and is responsible for group accounting and assists a number of clients with accounting matters. Her previous positions include six years working as a manager and personal assistant to one of the partners at Citroen Wells Chartered Accountants. Fiona gained a BA Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance in 1984 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1987.

Christine Breitler - Managing Director
Avocate

Christine joined Dixcart in 1997 and is responsible for the Dixcart Geneva office. Her role is to act as a central point for individuals and advisers to access our international expertise in the areas of taxation, investment and legal advice. Travelling widely, Christine markets Dixcart Corporate Services Sàrl to individuals, as well as to international companies, placing emphasis on the trust and company formation services available and offering advice on the compliance and statutory obligations required in various jurisdictions around the world. Christine has developed a wide portfolio of clients across Europe. She has been active in the area of tax planning since gaining her Law Licence in Switzerland in 1987, and has qualified as a Barrister Master. Christine is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

David Burge - Business Development Manager
ACIS

David joined Dixcart as Business Development Manager in September 2006. David previously left the UK in 1989 for a contract with a bank in the Cayman Islands. Having risen to the position of General Manager, in 1997 he left Cayman to set up the bank’s Trust and Fund Administration operation in the Isle of Man. Whilst in Cayman, marketing was one of David’s major functions. He frequently visited the USA, in particular marketing to major New York law firms. David’s role is to introduce Dixcart to potential clients and intermediary contacts. He operates across the UK and specific European cities to help develop clients across the Dixcart Group.

Rita Camacho - Accounts Manager

Rita has been with Dixcart since 1999. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, which she obtained in South Africa before joining Dixcart. She is a member of the Registered Accountants Board of Portugal and manages a group of accounts handlers providing Dixcart clients with professional accounting and tax services.

Monica Candelária - Human Resources
Mónica Candelária was born in South Africa and moved to Madeira in February 1988. She started working at Dixcart in 1999 and was transferred to the Human Resources department in January 2001. She is presently responsible for managing the department and assisting Dixcart clients with their human resources requirements.

Bridget Carman - Marketing Manager
BSc

Bridget Carman is Marketing Manager for Dixcart. She co-ordinates company literature, websites, and internal and external communication. Bridget graduated from UMIST (University of Manchester) in 1980, with a first class honours degree in Management Science. Bridget’s marketing experience extends across a wide variety of companies and business sectors. She has worked for two top 100 multi-national companies and more recently for a number of firms within the professional service sector.

Katya Cleere - Associate
LLB

Katya trained with and qualified into a medium size regional commercial firm in the South East. On admission to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007 she qualified into the Corporate Commercial team of that firm’s London office where she dealt with a variety of SME clients from different sectors. Experience to date includes advising clients on either side of transactions of both business assets and company shares, private company incorporations and LLP start-ups. She has also advised on commercial contract matters, and has been involved with advising companies looking to set up direct selling businesses in the UK. Katya specialises in such matters as mergers and acquisitions; business start-ups and drafting documentation such as partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements, LLP agreements and confidentiality agreements. In addition to this, she also advises on all aspects of company law and corporate governance. Katya is a member of the Law Society and mentors law students from Guildford College of Law.

Nuno Coelho - Lawyer
Nuno joined Dixcart in June 2005 after completing his degree in Law at the University of Lisbon. His role is to provide assistance on legal matters related to client affairs.

Rosa Coelho - Accounts Manager
Rosa joined Dixcart as a junior accounting assistant in 2000 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in company management in June 2010. Rosa was promoted to accounts manager in July 2009 and is responsible for attending to the accounting requirements of a number of clients.

Tim Davies - Group Accountant and Administrator
BA ACA

Tim joined Dixcart in 1997 and utilises his extensive co-ordinating skills in his current role. His responsibilities extend throughout the Dixcart Group and he deals with the administration and accounting for each of the Dixcart offices. He began his career as graduate trainee at Binder Hamlyn (part of Arthur Andersen Worldwide), progressing to audit manager. Tim spent some time working in Australia as assistant manager and was then promoted to business advisory manager back in London. Tim graduated from Nottingham University in 1986 with a BA in Geography and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1991.

Tony de Jesus - Compliance Manager
CASA

Tony joined Dixcart in 1997, moving from South Africa, to provide accounting and commercial assistance. He also acts as compliance officer, ensuring compliance with due diligence procedures, money laundering and other regulations. Tony has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, which he obtained in 1982 in South Africa, and is a member of the Public Accountants and Auditors Board of South Africa.

John Dias - Managing Director
John Dias has overseen Dixcart operations in Madeira since the inception of the Madeira office in 1988. This initially involved the establishment of Dixcart Management (Madeira) Lda, which was the first management company established on the island of Madeira. John has overseen the expansion of the organisation, which now employs over 60 staff. As Managing Director, John has a wide range of responsibility, including development and implementation of strategy, liaison on client matters and on-going development of the organisation. John previously worked in a number of countries, gaining extensive financial and managerial experience. He speaks fluent English and Portuguese and is also proficient in several other languages.

Sean Dowden - Managing Director
B ACC CA (SA)

Sean joined Dixcart in March 2009. He graduated with an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand before completing his articles with KPMG in Johannesburg and registering with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2007. He then spent two years in London with Barclays PLC before joining Dixcart. Sean is responsible for the Dixcart office in Malta. His role is to develop business for the office and to look after a portfolio of international clients, whilst ensuring that the Group's high standards of compliance and operational control are maintained.


Joe Dunne - Director
FCA

Joe became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973. He was a partner with an international firm for seven years before moving to Kenya, where he was responsible for the audits of major state institutions. From there he moved to a firm of Human Resources Consultants operating in the Middle East. On return to the UK Joe was appointed partner at a small City firm specialising in partnership organisations. His work there included acting for the largest UK firm of patent and trademark attorneys and having overall responsibility for the audit of an international partnership encompassing over 250 partners. Joe joined Dixcart in June 2002 as international client manager, dealing with a varied portfolio of clients.

Yvonne Featherstone - Tax Manager
BSc. ACA CTA

Yvonne has worked as tax manager with Dixcart since 1991, overseeing the affairs of an extensive range of clients and dealing with their personal and commercial taxation. Yvonne gained a First Class Honours Degree in Mathematics at Nottingham University in 1974. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 she went on to spend five years with Touche Ross in Manchester and Leeds, progressing to assistant manager in the company tax department. She then moved on to work for five years as tax manager with Rawlinson & Hunter, and spent some time as an accounts manager at Bullimores Chartered Accountants in Surrey. She became a member of the Institute of Taxation in 1979.

Lidia Fernandes - Accounts Manager
Lidia Fernandes moved to Madeira after taking an accountancy course in South Africa. She joined Dixcart as an assistant accountant in 2000. She was promoted to team manager in January 2005 and is responsible for her own group of clients.

Lesley Foster - Administrator
Lesley joined Dixcart in 1999 as a senior receptionist where she also provides administrative support. Previously Lesley worked at IBM for 23 years where her roles included managing IBM’s hosting programme and assisting with the development and running of other events within the company. She has also worked for British Airways as their Work Experience Coordinator. Lesley oversees all of the documentation arriving at and leaving Dixcart, including organising the safe and secure delivery of all consignments both within the UK and internationally.

Paula Freitas - Accounts Manager
Paula Freitas joined Dixcart as an assistant accountant in July 2003. She completed a professional course in Business Management/Accounts and was promoted to accounts manager during 2008.

Rui Freitas - Director
Rui Freitas rejoined Dixcart in January 2003. He is responsible for the co-ordination of the accounting staff and oversees the workflow of the accounting department. He also assists clients with their accounting and tax affairs. Over and above these functions he is also involved in marketing Dixcart's services, particularly in South America.

Sofia Gouveia Eira - International Relations
Lic.

Sofia joined Dixcart in 1997 to provide assistance with the formation of companies, changes to company structures and assistance with social security matters. She obtained her degree in International Relations from the Superior Institute of Social and Political Sciences in Lisbon.

Rich Hilton - IT Support Technician
MCSA

Rich joined Dixcart in 2007 as IT Support Technician and has worked in the IT industry since 2004. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA). Rich works closely with clients, providing telephone, remote and on-site support, as well as administering various key aspects of the Dixcart Data Centre in the UK.

Robert Homem - Head of Marketing
Robert joined Dixcart in August 2001, having qualified as a member of the Institute of Commercial and Financial Accountants of South Africa in 1998. He previously worked as an audit manager for a firm of accountants in South Africa. His experience includes having been the financial manager of an IT group of companies. Robert is responsible for the marketing department and is also involved in client liaison work.

Simon Kelly - Managing Director - Dixcart Management (IOM)
FCCA

Simon joined the Dixcart Group in 1997 and established the office in the Isle of Man. In 1998 he was appointed Managing Director of the Isle of Man office. He currently manages a large portfolio of international clients, in varying business sectors from trading clients, fund administration, property development and investment. Simon trained and qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has 20 years extensive managerial experience in the areas of audit, fund management, corporate management, and finance. Simon is currently a Director of an Isle of Man Dixcart fund administration company and has extensive knowledge of the reporting and valuation requirements that are required to be undertaken for this company.

Maria João Lourenco - Dixcart Business Centre
Maria João joined Dixcart in 1995 as internal systems manager, at the same time providing assistance with the IT and Human Resources departments. Besides her administrative roles, she also manages Dixcart’s Business Centre in Madeira, which opened in September 2006 and is located at the Infante office. She is responsible for the set up and day to day running of the serviced office facilities for clients with a physical presence in Madeira.

Carlos Lourenço - Director
CASA

Carlos joined Dixcart Management (Madeira) Lda as a Director in 1993, previously working as a partner in a firm of accountants in South Africa. He became a member of the Transvaal Society of Chartered Accountants in 1983 and added a further tax law qualification in 1985. Carlos is responsible for all internal administration in Dixcart Madeira, including the setting up and control of new internal departments required due to the on-going expansion of the company. He also has his own portfolio of clients and assists in the marketing of the company. Carlos's linguistic abilities include English, Portuguese and Afrikaans.

Marlene Luís - Senior Accounts Manager
Marlene Luís joined Dixcart in April 2001. She has a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Business Administration and is responsible for overseeing the accounts prepared by accounts managers. Besides English, Marlene is also fluent in Spanish (she was born in Venezuela).

Alex Magell - Director
BSc. ACA MSI

Alex joined Dixcart Group in 1995. He was appointed a director of Dixcart in 1997 and of Dixcart Trust Corporation Limited and Dixcart Group Limited in 1999. His career began in the audit department at Grant Thornton, where he qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Alex works as an international consultant dealing with a varied portfolio of clients and providing taxation advice on international matters. Alex is head of the Dixcart operation in Sark, including responsibility for group finance and management, and is responsible for co-ordinating the operations and assisting in the development of the Dixcart offices in Geneva, Nevis and Weybridge.

Gisela Martins - Lawyer
Gisela Martins joined Dixcart in July 2010. She graduated in Law at the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon. Before joining Dixcart she worked for Miranda Correia Amendoeira & Associados. She has a post-graduate course in Tax Law from the IESFF Institute in Oporto. Her role is to provide assistance on legal matters related to client affairs.

Pam Matthews - Director
Bsc(hons) FCCA

Pam joined the Dixcart Isle of Man office in January 2004 as Client Services Manager. As well as managing a portfolio of international clients she is responsible for the VAT agent services provided from the Dixcart office in the Isle of Man. Pam is currently a Director of an Isle of Man Dixcart fund administration company and has knowledge of the reporting and valuation requirements that are required to be undertaken for this company. Pam is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has extensive experience in the CSP sector in the Isle of Man.

Michael Maxwell - Marketing
Michael joined Dixcart in February 2008 and has a degree in Law and International Relations and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Business Administration. His role is to provide assistance on client liaison work as well as to market the services of the Dixcart Group internationally.

Alasdair Milroy - Director
CA, TEP, B.Fin.Admin.

Alasdair joined Dixcart Trust Corporation Limited in 2006 and was appointed a Director in January 2010. His responsibilities include business development and managing a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients. Alasdair is a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and completed his Diploma in International Trust Management in 2008.

Alasdair commenced his career in 1989 with Arthur Young, Sydney, Australia in the Audit Department. He then moved to a smaller firm to concentrate on taxation and business services work for SME and private clients and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1992.

Alasdair initially moved to Guernsey in 1994, gaining experience in fund administration with Rothschild and then with Guernsey International Fund Managers as a fund accountant. Whilst at Rothschild, Alasdair was seconded for a six month contract with Valletta Fund Management, Malta a joint venture between Rothschild and Bank of Valletta and launched the first two SICAVs following the establishment of the Malta Financial Services Commission.

Alasdair then worked in a senior finance role in the petroleum services industry in West Africa, before joining National Australia Bank in 2000, where he held a number of roles in Finance, Strategic Projects and Corporate Finance.

Paul Morgan - Director
LLB

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1971, having obtained his degree at King's College, London, and attended Guildford Law School. Paul specialises in company commercial law and international commercial law. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in immigration law, and is a member of the ILPA (Immigration Law Practitioners' Association). He is also a member of the Law Society. Paul's legal expertise is enhanced with the knowledge and experience he obtained when working as a legal adviser for an international trading group. Paul was a partner for twenty-five years in a legal practice, where he initiated the co-ordination of a worldwide association of legal firms.

Gill Morgan - Administrator
Gill joined Dixcart in 2002 as a receptionist and provides administrative support for the serviced and virtual offices. Prior to this she completed a course in computing, whilst running her own business.

John Nelson - Director
TEP

John manages a portfolio of clients and is responsible for the development of new business. John also manages a range of companies and trusts, as well as having extensive international experience, including the Baltic States.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having completed the Diploma in International Trust Management in 2004. John previously worked at a Guernsey trust company for over sixteen years. Prior to this he was employed by BDO Reads and spent a year as Project Leader for expeditions organised by Raleigh International.


Délia Nunes - Accounts Manager

Délia Nunes joined Dixcart in April 2002 and has a Bachelors Degree in Company Management. She is a member of the Registered Accountants Board of Portugal and was promoted to Accounts Manager in January 2006. Before joining Dixcart, Delia gained experience with another management company in Madeira.

Sandra Ornelas - Accounts Manager
Sandra joined Dixcart as a junior accounting assistant in 1996 and has since completed an accountancy course. Sandra was promoted to accounts manager in April 2000 and is responsible for a team that provides Dixcart clients with professional accounting and tax services.

Anne-Marie Pavitt - Senior Associate
LLB, LLM

Anne-Marie graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 1999 with a law degree, and from Nottingham University in 2000 with a Masters in International Commercial Law. She completed her training with a medium size commercial firm in Lincoln's Inn before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Anne-Marie practises in employment law and litigation. She is a member of The Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

Angus Rendall - IT Manager
Angus joined the Dixcart Group in 1997 and is head of the Technical Services department, directing a team of four staff. His experience includes seven years as Group IT Manager for an international firm, where he gained extensive experience in coordinating IT projects and systems within the UK and internationally. Angus reviews, plans and implements new and revised networks for clients, to enhance the reliability and effectiveness of their IT systems. He then co-ordinates the on-going support required by each client to maintain their IT communication network, as efficiently as possible. Angus manages the Dixcart Business Centre in the UK and a network of Dixcart virtual offices for a variety of clients. He also co-ordinates a team of web developers.

Pete Robertson - International Consultant
LLB ACA

Peter graduated from Exeter University with a law degree in 2002 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2006. His role at Dixcart is to manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing a comprehensive range of international tax and family office advice.

Susan Rogers - Tax Manager
BSc MEng ACA CTA

Susan joined Dixcart International Limited as a Tax Manager in 2008. She gained a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bath University in 1990, and went on to gain a MEng in Electrical Engineering the following year. She trained with Price Waterhouse in Redhill and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1995. Susan then moved into industry, where she was appointed Tax Compliance Manager at Seeboard plc, and she became a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2000. Susan manages a varied portfolio of clients dealing with both personal and corporation tax.

Silvia Santos - Head of Accounting Department

Silvia Santos joined Dixcart in August 1999 as an Accounts Manager and was promoted to Senior Accounts Manager in 2005. She has a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Business Administration and is registered with the Portuguese Accountants Board. She is responsible for overseeing the accounts prepared by the Accounts Managers and is also responsible for managing the affairs of some large clients. She completed her post graduate course in Advanced Tax Law at the University of Lisbon in June 2010.

Carlos Santos - Lawyer
Carlos Santos joined Dixcart in October 2008. Having obtained his law degree from the University of Lisbon in 2007, he worked for Ernst & Young’s Lisbon Office as a tax consultant before becoming part of Dixcart’s team. He completed his post graduate course in Advanced Tax Law at the University of Lisbon in June 2010.

Catarina Sardinha - Lawyer
Catarina Sardinha joined Dixcart in June 2008. She graduated in Law at the University of Lisbon and worked for a company associated with the international law firm Simmons & Simmons. Her role is to provide assistance on legal matters related to client affairs.

Glyn Shaw - International Client Manager
FCCA

Glyn joined Dixcart Management (IOM) Limited in November 2004, primarily to manage UK Agency Companies. He has extensive experience within the Corporate Service Providers and fund administration industry. He is currently the manager of the Dixcart fund administration company and his primary role to this company is to ensure that the fund is run professionally and efficiently. His daily responsibilities include the preparation of the fund valuations, maintaining the accounting systems, ensuring that the fund is compliant with all statutory regulations and the provision of regular reports to the Board. Glyn became a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in September 1999 and became a Fellow of the Association in September 2004.

Carla Silva - Arquivodoc - Marketing
Carla Silva joined Arquivodoc in February 2008. She has a degree in Portuguese Language and Culture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Documental Sciences. She is responsible for managing Arquivodoc’s portfolio of clients and for the marketing of its services.

Ana Paula Silva - Accounts Manager

Ana Paula Silva joined Dixcart during 2001 and has a Bachelors Degree in Company Management. She is a qualified accountant and a member of the Registered Accountants Board of Portugal. She manages a team which provides Dixcart clients with professional accounting and tax services. Before joining Dixcart, Ana Paula gained experience with another management company in Madeira, being responsible for the accounting affairs of a wide range of clients. Besides English, Ana Paula is also fluent in French.

Marco Silva - Head of IT Department
Marco Silva joined Dixcart in 1998 as IT Manager. He studied electronics at school and has completed additional hardware and software courses. He previously worked at a computer maintenance company dealing with all the technical aspects, and has extensive experience in setting up computer systems, networks, etc. Besides managing the IT department, he is also responsible for the provision of IT services to clients in Madeira.

Mike Smith - Accounts and Computer Manager
BA FCA

Mike has been an accounts manager with the group since 1989. He now acts as audit and systems manager for a number of clients, also taking responsibility for accounting and paperless office IT developments across the Dixcart group. Mike gained a BA Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University in 1981 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales since 1984. He began his career in 1981 with Midgley Snelling & Co., Chartered Accountants, progressing to audit manager, and spent two years as financial administration manager at Telecom Security Limited, a subsidiary of British Telecom.

Melanie Smith - Director
LLB

Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 1991, having obtained her degree at Brunel University, and attended Guildford Law School. Melanie's previous position was Head of the Employment Department in a legal practice. Adept at understanding complex employment law and related issues she is also experienced in litigation. Melanie contributes to professional publications and runs external seminars. She is a member of the Industrial Law Society, the Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

Elena Solaro - Associate
LLB

Elena specialises in commercial property law and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2009. She trained at a large commercial firm in the City and is a member of the Law Society.

John Terry - Managing Director
BA FCCA

John joined Dixcart in 2001 as Managing Director of Dixcart Management Nevis Limited. His role is to manage and develop the Dixcart office in the Caribbean as well as managing the Nevis office. John's major priority is to develop clients and contacts for the Nevis office and expand the company through a co-ordinated and concerted programme of marketing activity. His role also brings him into direct contact with the Nevis Government where he sits on a number of Committees working with the Government and other service providers to develop the island's financial services and regulatory regime. John is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has extensive experience gained in audit, internal audit and financial control.

Debbie Turner - Senior Associate

Debbie graduated from Lancaster University with a law degree in 2000. She completed her training in the Guildford office of a national commercial firm before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Debbie practices in company and commercial matters and commercial property. She is a member of the Law Society.

Fátima Vicente - Accounts Manager
Fátima Vicente joined Dixcart in April 2000 and has a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Business Administration. She is a member of the Registered Accountants Board of Portugal and is responsible for a team that provides Dixcart clients with professional accounting and tax services.

Vanda Viveiros - Accounts Manager

Vanda joined Dixcart in April 2000 and has a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She was promoted to Accounts Manager in July 2009. She is a member of the Registered Accountants Board of Portugal and is responsible for attending to the accounting requirements of a number of clients.

Bruce Watterson - MSc ACA
Bruce joined the Dixcart Isle of Man office in March 2008 as Business Development and Finance Manager. He began his career in finance with Ernst & Young Isle of Man where he qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Immediately prior to joining Dixcart Bruce was CFO for a life assurance company. His other industry experience includes internal and external audit, systems and controls evaluations, risk management, fund administration and CSP work.

Bruce’s fund administration includes extensive fund audit experience, including experienced investor funds, hedge funds, fund of funds, property funds and equity funds among others. His most recent experience in fund administration was managing the daily financial accounting and treasury function, monthly financial reporting and NAV calculations for a ¼ billion GBP fund quoted in the Financial Times.

Julia Wigram - Director

Julia joined the group in 1996 as an accounts manager, dealing with a large portfolio of clients. She is also responsible for co-ordination of accounting staff training, and leads a team of accounting trainees. Julia spent ten years with Menzies Chartered Accountants, progressing to audit manager. During this time she spent eighteen months seconded to Australia on an internal audit assignment. Julia qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1991.

Peter Wilman - Director

Peter Wilman is a director of Dixcart International Limited. Qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1977, Peter has enjoyed a distinguished career within the financial industry, including a number of years as Vice President of Security Pacific National Bank (at the time the sixth largest bank in the USA). Since 1989 Peter has been at the head of Dixcart in the UK, specialising in management consultancy work and directing all major project development. He is also responsible for the UK tax and accounting departments as well as acting as an expert witness in financial matters.

Jacky Wilman - Administrator and Quality Control Supervisor

Jacky's role within the group includes overseeing the internal administration. She is also responsible for quality control reviews of all audited accounts and deals with VAT issues. Jacky qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1975.

Rob Woolford - Director
FCA

Rob is a director of Dixcart Trust Corporation Limited, located in Guernsey. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has extensive experience in international taxation. Since the inception of Dixcart, Rob has directed the international operations of the group, extending the number and size of the Dixcart offices and developing an international network of professional contacts and associates.
