Henno Kotze has expertise in providing international solutions to companies and individuals from several countries around the world and has a detailed understanding of the attractive residence programmes and tax regimes available to non-domiciled individuals in Malta.
Henno also specialises in international structuring and tax planning, establishing and managing Maltese companies, yachting, online gaming and VAT. He frequently visits; Dubai, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK, to meet with clients and professional contacts and to attend conferences.
Malta offers several residence and citizenship programmes and Henno has an in-depth knowledge of all these programmes, the benefits and financial obligations of each.
Since joining Dixcart, Henno has advised many businesses relocating to Malta and has assisted a portfolio of clients wishing to obtain Maltese citizenship. He is on hand to meet clients in Malta, provide advice regarding the country and areas to live, assist with the documentation and application process of each programme, and advise on the legal aspects of relocating.
Henno is also heavily involved with the Dixcart Business Centre in Malta, helping to ensure that the serviced office clients feel part of the Dixcart Malta office and are receiving the professional services that they require.
Henno Kotze has an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, completing his articles at EY Johannesburg in 2006. After a short secondment to EY London he returned to Johannesburg and joined Rand Merchant Bank, where he worked in the Investment Banking Division, before joining Dixcart Management Malta Limited in 2016.
Henno was appointed a Director of Dixcart Management Malta in 2018. He heads up the business development team, and is tasked with the continued expansion of this office and the promotion of the Dixcart professional services that are available across the Group.
