Her extensive career spans multiple countries, including Poland, Malta, and the UAE, where she has gained her expertise in delivering comprehensive tax and corporate solutions to a diverse international clientele.
Maria’s areas of expertise include advising international clients on corporate planning, tax, banking and financial services, wealth planning, citizenship, and residency. She is skilled in establishing private family foundations and trusts across various jurisdictions, ensuring optimal wealth planning and compliance.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Kiev and a master’s degree in law from Warsaw University. She has also earned an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Diploma in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation, along with various other professional certifications.
