Maria Muzarowska is a legal adviser and business development officer at Dixcart, providing expertise in; international tax planning, corporate structuring, immigration and family office services. She is based at the Dixcart office in Malta.
She advises clients on wealth management, citizenship and residency as well as the establishment of private family foundations. Her role at Dixcart involves frequent visits to CIS countries, including; Russia, Ukraine, and Poland, as well as to Western Europe; Italy and the UK in particular.
Maria Muzarowska has more than 8 years of experience in tax and financial services. Before joining Dixcart in 2017, she worked in Warsaw providing tax advisory and corporate structuring services. Her previous roles have been at international level, working at the European Parliament, in the office of the Polish MEP, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Polish Embassy in Rome and other organizations over the course of her career.
The Dixcart Group provides a variety of professional services including private wealth management and corporate advice, with additional expertise in terms of aircraft, ship and yacht registration. During the past five years, Dixcart has expanded to offer residence and citizenship advice, with the establishment of Dixcart Domiciles Limited. The Group also offers serviced offices, with a very successful Dixcart Business Centre having been established in Malta over ten years ago.
Maria is fluent in a variety of languages including; Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, English and Italian and has a working knowledge of French.
Maria has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Kiev and a Master’s degree in Law from Warsaw University. In 2019 she obtained a Diploma in taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation. She is a member of number of organisations including STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the Malta Institute of Taxation, a member of the CFE Tax Advisers Europe, and a member of a Young IFA (International Fiscal Association) network.
