He advises clients on wealth management, citizenship, and residency as well as the establishment of private family foundations. His role at Dixcart involves frequent travel to a variety of jurisdictions both inside and outside Europe.
Working with Dixcart Domiciles a division within the Dixcart Group, which provides advice and assistance to individuals regarding a number of residence and citizenship programmes around the world, Yevhenii advises clients on many aspects of international relocation and the Malta citizenship or passport programme that best suits the clients’ needs. He also provides advice on the various tax efficient solutions that might be available for individuals moving to Malta.
Yevhenii has a thorough knowledge of the ‘Maltese Citizenship by Naturalisation for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment’ programme, and assists families and individuals throughout the application process and their move to Malta.
Yevhenii has more than seven years of experience in the corporate sector, with an initial legal background from his country of origin, the Ukraine. Before joining Dixcart in 2021, he has worked with a number of corporate service providers in both Malta and the Ukraine.

Yevhenii obtained a PhD in Public Administration (2019), has two Masters degrees; in Law (2010) and in Project Management (2013).
