Yevhenii is a legal adviser and business development manager at Dixcart, providing expertise in corporate structuring, immigration, and family office services. He is based at the Dixcart office in Malta.
He advises clients on wealth management, citizenship, and residency as well as the establishment of private family foundations. His role at Dixcart involves frequent visits to CIS and Eastern European countries, including Russia, Ukraine, and Poland, as well as Latvia and Lithuania.
Working with Dixcart Domiciles a division within the Dixcart Group, which provides advice and assistance to individuals regarding a number of residence and citizenship programmes around the world, Yevhenii advises clients on many aspects of international relocation and the Malta citizenship or passport programme that best suits the clients’ needs. He also provides advice on the various tax efficient solutions that might be available for individuals moving to Malta.
Yevhenii has a thorough knowledge of the ‘Maltese Citizenship by Naturalisation for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment’ programme, and assists families and individuals throughout the application process and their move to Malta.
Yevhenii has more than seven years of experience in the corporate sector, with an initial legal background from his country of origin, the Ukraine. Before joining Dixcart in 2021, he has worked with a number of corporate service providers in both Malta and the Ukraine.
The Dixcart Group provides a variety of professional services including private wealth management and corporate advice, with additional expertise in terms of aircraft, ship, and yacht registration. The Group also offers serviced offices, with a very successful Dixcart Business Centre having been established in Malta over ten years ago.
Yevhenii is fluent in a variety of languages including Russian, Ukrainian, and English.
Yevhenii obtained a PhD in Public Administration (2019), has two Masters degrees; in Law (2010) and in Project Management (2013).
