Nicola has over 12 years’ Private Client experience and provides pragmatic, tailored advice on a wide range of matters to both UK and non-UK domiciled individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs and business owners.

This includes the preparation of bespoke Wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on all aspects of lifetime inheritance tax structuring, wealth and succession planning.

She has developed expertise in advising philanthropic individuals on the creation, governance and administration of charities, with a special interest in grant-making foundations and charities operating overseas.

She also has extensive experience in advising settlors, trustees and beneficiaries of heritage and family trusts on matters including trustees’ duties, administration, governance and compliance. Nicola also provides property trust advice in relation to inheritance tax planning and investment properties.
