Karen Dyerson is the Senior Tax Manager at Dixcart International Limited, where she oversees tax compliance for private clients, trusts, and companies. Karen began her career in banking before moving into taxation in 1995 with Rawlinson and Hunter. Since then, she has remained fully dedicated to the tax profession, developing extensive experience across compliance, advisory work, and strategic tax planning.

Karen works closely with clients and family offices to understand their tax affairs and long‑term objectives, enabling her to deliver advice that is both practical and genuinely beneficial. She values the close working relationships she builds and focuses on providing guidance that supports clients’ future plans.

Her areas of specialisation include substantial tax returns and complex planning matters, many requiring detailed technical interpretation or involving international considerations. Karen also works with a number of technology companies, assisting with R&D compliance and managing HMRC enquiries. In her management role, she leads the tax department and ensures the delivery of an efficient, coordinated, and timely service.

Karen has been a qualified member of the Association of Tax Technicians for more than 25 years. She remains committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending webinars and keeping up to date with evolving tax legislation.
