Oliver Bugeja joined the Dixcart office in Switzerland in February 2024 as a Trust Administrator. He assists with the incorporation and administration of Swiss companies and trust structures. His role includes supporting the management and control of client entities, ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met, and assisting with client onboarding, bank account openings, and ongoing banking administration.

Oliver also provides support in compliance and AML matters, prepares compliance file notes, maintains internal CRM records, and assists with annual accounts, returns, and client billing. He works with private clients as well as Swiss and international corporate structures, including high-net-worth individuals and trust structures. 

In terms of qualifications, Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with French (C1) and a Master’s degree in Finance and Management, both from the University of Sussex. He is a STEP Affiliate Member, having recently completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Company Law and Practice, achieving a distinction.  

He speaks English and French fluently. Outside of work, Oliver has a strong passion for sport and the outdoors, enjoying skiing, hiking, rugby, and golf.
