Martina Pace is the Director of Legal and Compliance at Dixcart Malta, where she also serves as the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). In May 2025, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Malta office.

Martina joined Dixcart in 2019 and was promoted to Head of Legal and Compliance in 2021, before assuming her current role. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta, as well as a Master of Arts from King’s College London. She has further strengthened her professional expertise through the ICA International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering and a Foundation Certificate in Trust Law from the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP).

Her responsibilities span a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, including regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, anti-bribery and anti-corruption frameworks, client onboarding, and the provision of internal legal support. Martina is also a member of the Dixcart Group Risk Policy Committee, where she plays an active role in the development and coordination of compliance and risk policies across the group.
