Shaun joined the Dixcart Group in 2019 as a Corporate Secretarial Officer and provides a suite of services for listed companies that trade on worldwide stock exchanges.  He currently acts as corporate secretary to several public companies. Shaun focuses on providing corporate secretarial services and corporate governance advice on an effective and cost-efficient basis, developing a close working relationship with the client’s C-Suite, professional advisers and other interested stakeholders.

Prior to joining Dixcart, Shaun spent 20 years in Toronto, Canada and worked in the public company space, founding a company that provided outsourced professional corporate secretarial services to clients in the following industry sectors: mining / resource exploration; financial (including funds); technology; manufacturing; real estate; and green energies.

Shaun is an associate member (ACG) of the Chartered Governance Institute. Shaun volunteers as Company Secretary for Guernsey Employment Trust LBG, a charity that supports disabled and disadvantaged people to prepare for, find and maintain work in Guernsey.
