Victoria is a qualified Accounting Technician who has made a significant career transition into the accounting profession. Before entering the field, she worked as a Teaching Assistant supporting special needs children in a primary school. In 2020, she changed career path and joined an accounting and tax advisory firm as a Personal Tax Assistant. Since then, she has continued to develop her tax expertise, joining Dixcart International Limited to further her career in this area.

Victoria adopts an individual and caring approach to client service. She enjoys helping clients with their tax matters and ensures that any issues or queries with HMRC are resolved promptly. She makes sure that requests and reminders are communicated in a timely manner and that clients feel well supported throughout the process. Her dedication to clear communication and resolving client concerns is central to how she works.

Her main areas of expertise include registering clients for self‑assessment, processing tax return information, filing tax returns, and liaising with HMRC. Victoria communicates with clients daily to ensure their tax needs are met. She is also a key member of the tax team, assisting senior colleagues while managing her own client portfolio with care and professionalism.

Victoria qualified as an Accounting Technician in May 2023 and is a professional member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She also holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training for teaching adults, obtained in September 2021, and a Level 2 qualification in Counselling, achieved in July 2023. Her ongoing commitment to education reflects her dedication to professional growth and excellence.
