Edita began her career in retail while studying International Business at Kingston University. She later transitioned into industry, gaining experience as a Finance and Payroll Assistant and managing payroll for 220 employees in the automotive sector. In 2016, she moved into professional practice and joined Dixcart, where she continues to build her expertise and contribute to the firm’s client-focused approach.

Recognised for her quick and proactive response to client requests, Edita ensures that payrolls are accurate and fully compliant. She works closely with internal departments to improve client service and is always looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, aiming to save clients’ valuable time.

Edita specialises in payroll management in accordance with country legislation and local tax requirements. Her experience includes gross pay calculations such as salary, overtime, commission, and bonuses, deductions for national taxes, contributions and pensions, net salary calculations, RTI submissions to HMRC, and providing digital payslips through an online portal.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business from Kingston University, and her career has been shaped by continuous learning and a commitment to professional growth.
