Victoria began her career with an international IT consultancy, where she worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant before specialising in Human Resource management and gaining her CIPD accreditation. In 1998, she joined Pcubed, an international project management consultancy, as Head of Recruitment. Following a career break, Victoria moved into the healthcare sector and joined Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospital as a Personal Assistant in the pharmacy department, supporting the Chief Pharmacist and the senior leadership team.

Victoria provides a professional business support service that enables Dixcart teams to focus on customer delivery and prioritising client needs. Her approach is centred on ensuring that colleagues are equipped with the support they require to operate efficiently and effectively.

She brings extensive expertise in Office Management and Administration, alongside specialist experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, gained within professional services environments. This background has given Victoria a breadth of operational knowledge and strengthened her strong customer‑centric approach.

Victoria holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification, having completed a Human Resources Management Postgraduate Diploma at Kingston University. Her professional development reflects her commitment to maintaining high standards and continually enhancing her skills in business support and HR‑related disciplines.
