Clive Azzopardi joined the Dixcart Malta office in November 2015. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Malta Institute of Management, and the Malta Institute of Accountants. Prior to joining Dixcart, Clive accumulated nine years of experience in the financial services sector, having worked with two corporate services providers in Malta.

In January 2017, Clive was appointed Head of Client Relationships at Dixcart Management Malta Limited, and in 2018 he was promoted to Director. In this role, he oversees and coordinates the Accounts Department teams, strengthens relationships with existing clients, and manages the company’s day-to-day operations.

Dixcart Malta provides comprehensive management and support services for Malta-incorporated companies. Drawing on his extensive experience in accounting management, Clive supports clients with full accounting and secretarial services, the preparation of financial statements, and the fulfilment of all tax compliance obligations.

Clive is also closely involved with Dixcart Air Marine and has substantial experience in the registration of aircraft, ships, and yachts. With a strong understanding of the technical requirements and tax efficiencies available in Malta, he assists clients throughout the registration process, including the establishment and ongoing administration of appropriate ownership structures.
