Izinzuzo kumnikazi wamasheya
- Ukuthengiswa komnikazi webhizinisi okhona kakade kwamasheya akhe angaphezu kuka-51% enkampanini kuya ku-EOT efanelekayo, kuzoba mahhala I-Capital Gains Tax (CGT) kanye Nentela Yefa (IHT). Lokhu kungaba usizo olubalulekile uma kubhekwa ukuthi umkhawulo wokusiza Wokuchithwa Kwempahla Yebhizinisi ngenani elincishisiwe elingu-10% le-CGT lingu-£1 wesigidi kuphela;
- Imakethe idalelwe amasheya okungenzeka angabi khona ngenye indlela;
- Ngokungafani nesimo sokudayiswa kwemali (okuvame ukuba ukuphela kwendlela abanikazi bamabhizinisi amancane abakhetha ngayo ukuthi babone ukubaluleka kwebhizinisi), inkampani ingaqhubeka nokusebenza, futhi abaninimasheya nabasebenzi basengaba yingxenye yalelo bhizinisi;
- Ngokuvamile, ukuthengiswa kwamasheya enkampanini ku-EOT kuxhaswa ngengxube yemali ekhona, evela ngaphakathi kwenkampani, namathuluzi emalimboleko yangaphandle;
- Igwema isidingo sezingxoxo ezivame ukuxaka futhi ezibizayo lapho udayisela umuntu wesithathu.
Izinzuzo Enkampanini Nabasebenzi
- Inkampani ehwebayo ephethwe yi-EOT iyakwazi ukukhokha amabhonasi emali afinyelela ku-£3,600 ngonyaka kubo bonke abasebenzi (ngemibandela 'efanayo');
- Lawa mabhonasi ngeke akhokhe intela kodwa azobe engaphansi kwe-National Insurance Contributions (NIC's);
- Inkampani ithola ukukhululeka kwentela yenhlangano kulawa mabhonasi angenayo intela;
- Kunezinzuzo mayelana nokwanda kokugqugquzelwa kwabasebenzi kanye nokugcinwa kwemisebenzi, njengoba kubekwe ngenhla.
Imininingwane efingqiwe nolwazi olwengeziwe
I-EOT ingahlinzeka ngendlela ezuzisa intela kubanikazi bamasheya ukuze babone ukubaluleka futhi babandakanye abasebenzi enkampanini abayisebenzelayo, nakuba ukwakheka nokuxhaswa ngezimali kwe-EOT kudinga ukucatshangelwa ngokucophelela.
