As an independent, privately owned group, we are not tied to any other firm. This allows us to give impartial advice and focus solely on what is right for each client. We work as one team, drawing on expertise across our jurisdictions to find the most effective solution, wherever that may be.
If a client’s needs are better met in another location, or through collaboration with a trusted external adviser, we make that happen. We work closely with professional intermediaries worldwide, including accountants, bankers, fiduciaries, and lawyers.
With seven offices, each offering its own areas of specialism shaped by local regulation and expertise, we are able to tailor our advice carefully and precisely. There is no single Dixcart approach — because no two clients, or matters, are ever the same.

The calibre of the Dixcart team is critical to everything that we do. We have a high percentage of professionally qualified staff, with the majority of the Dixcart team holding more than one qualification and continuing to study for additional professional qualifications.
The Dixcart Culture is unique and shapes our identity and corporate personality. It is what makes us different and generally what attracts our clients to us and ensures that they return with new projects requiring additional solutions from us.
Recruiting people who are the right fit for the Dixcart Group is essential. We value professionals with an outward‑looking, international mindset who thrive on challenge, bring enthusiasm to their work, and take a proactive approach. Retaining talent is equally important. We are proud that many members of the Dixcart team have been with us for over ten years, with a significant number contributing their expertise for 20 or even 30 years.
Working as part of a team is also very important. The offices are close-knit, generally with more than one member of staff working on a project, and this applies to working with the team of another Dixcart office. Structures and solutions to problems are often provided through the coordination of a number of the Dixcart jurisdictions and Dixcart teams in the relevant offices.
