Suzanne Franklin is a Receptionist at Dixcart House, where she is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with queries from both serviced and virtual office clients. She manages daily mail distribution, coordinates courier services, and handles a wide range of administrative tasks and supply orders. Suzanne is also trained in the use of a defibrillator and serves as a Fire Warden, ensuring that weekly fire tests are completed and safety standards are maintained.

Suzanne brings over 35 years of customer service experience to her role. A significant part of her early career was spent in the electronics industry, specialising in the automotive market. During this time, she led a team of sales coordinators within a busy European customer service group, managing a demanding workload with multiple responsibilities. More recently, she worked as a Clinic Secretary at a private clinic, an experience that sparked her interest in reception work and ultimately led her to join Dixcart, where she continues to excel.

Her approach to client service is defined by attentiveness, efficiency, and a proactive attitude. Suzanne is dedicated to providing exceptional service and drawing on her extensive background to meet the needs of clients and colleagues with professionalism and care.

Suzanne’s long career in customer service has equipped her with strong administrative and leadership skills. Her training as a defibrillator operator and her role as a Fire Warden further reflect her commitment to safety and preparedness within the workplace.
