Fiona Douglas is the Administrator and Office, Facilities, and Serviced Offices Manager at Dixcart International Limited. In this wide-ranging role, she provides essential administrative support, oversees the building and its suppliers, and ensures that all facility requirements are met efficiently. She also manages the Serviced Offices, overseeing billing and the day-to-day running of the space. Fiona qualified as a Hotel Manager and has built a diverse career across several sectors. She began in the hospitality and catering industry before moving into national and international conferences and events within the Incentive Market. Over the last 20 years, she has undertaken administrative positions in the retail, care, and building industries. Fiona joined Dixcart in 2017 and has continued to bring her extensive organisational and administrative expertise to the team. Her career also includes presenting seminars on behalf of Vodafone, Elizabeth Arden, United Friendly, and Bang & Olufsen at major international events in South Africa, Florida, and New York.

Fiona approaches her work with a conscientious and proactive attitude, consistently aiming to reassure clients and anticipate challenges before they arise. Her areas of expertise include organisation, planning, and a compassionate, thoughtful approach to HR and staff matters. She handles a wide range of documentation and provides valuable advice on serviced offices, staffing, reception, and facilities management.

Fiona holds an HND in Hotel and Catering Management and has achieved Level 2 – Master of Wine certification. She is committed to ongoing professional development and remains engaged with evolving industry practices.
