She contributes as a member of a customer innovation board for an international software provider, keeping her closely connected to industry developments and supporting innovation within her work.
Keira’s approach to client service is guided by transparency, diligence, and proactive communication. She is committed to maintaining strong regulatory compliance and ensuring that client needs are met through efficient and secure processes. Her client‑centric philosophy underpins the way she supports both colleagues and clients across the business.
Her responsibilities include managing the firm’s accounting software and practice management systems, supporting legal, tax, accounting, and audit teams in maintaining accurate client records, billing, bookkeeping, and document handling. Keira works to improve the firm’s accounting operations and client management systems and oversees a wide range of business and administrative functions. She also collaborates with the Dixcart Group’s International Risk Committee and other offices to ensure company‑wide policies remain consistent and adhered to. Keira is particularly skilled in reviewing processes and identifying new opportunities for operational improvement.
Keira holds a degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Security, Policing and International Terrorism. She is a certified member of the International Compliance Association with an Advanced Certificate in Anti‑Money Laundering, KYC and CDD, and Compliance. She is also trained in both Physical and Mental Health First Aid, reflecting her commitment to wellbeing in the workplace.
