
As a Marketing Executive, James supports the delivery of Dixcart’s international marketing strategy across the Group. Within the marketing team, he supports brand development, digital growth and engagement through coordinated, data‑driven marketing work.
James works closely with colleagues across all Dixcart offices to maintain accurate content, consistent branding and clear communication. He contributes to digital content, manages CRM activity, and supports both group‑level and jurisdiction‑specific marketing campaigns. With a strong focus on data‑driven marketing, he works across SEO, website management, reporting and campaign optimisation to maximise online visibility and performance.
His background includes experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments, having previously led multi‑channel campaigns, optimised analytics tracking, and contributed to significant increases in website traffic and lead generation. His mix of analytical thinking and creative execution enables him to enhance user journeys, improve conversion rates and support effective international marketing initiatives.
James graduated from the University of Lincoln with a BA (Hons) in Sports Business Management. His academic background strengthened his analytical skills, understanding of consumer behaviour and ability to evaluate performance, all of which contribute to his strategic and results‑driven approach to marketing at Dixcart.
