The Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) allows applicants to obtain residency through investments in property and government contributions. The programme allows successful applicants to travel VISA-free within the Schengen area. The Malta Citizenship by Naturalisation for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment can lead to Citizenship and grants free movement within the Schengen Zone (26 European countries).
