Profile
Nathan heads up Business Development for the Malta and Portugal Dixcart offices, providing expertise in corporate structuring, immigration, and family office services. He is currently based at the Dixcart office in Malta.
He advises clients on wealth management, citizenship, and residency programmes as well as the establishment of private family foundations. His dual role at Dixcart involves frequent visits to Central, Eastern, and South East Europe
Nathan can assist with the establishment of Maltese and Portuguese structures, both corporate vehicles and structures for succession planning. He also provides advice in terms of accessing Maltese and Portuguese Government assistance, as well as EU Support Measures, ranging from Start-up Financing to Research and Development Grants. Finally, he guides clients on various tax efficient solutions that might be available for individuals moving to Malta or Portugal.
He works closely with the Dixcart in-house compliance teams and ensures all necessary Due Diligence and Know Your Customer processes are completed.
Nathan has more than 12 years of expertise in the financial services sector. Before joining Dixcart in 2022, he worked in various Financial Services Intermediary environments, including; Investment, Finance and Risk Management. He has had experience in the private and government sectors respectively, where he prepared financial proposals and managed a book of clients. In South Africa he also co-developed and spearheaded a nationwide Financial Literacy campaign and gave presentations that were featured on various social and news platforms.
The Dixcart Group provides a variety of professional services including private wealth management and corporate advice, with additional expertise in terms of aircraft, ship, and yacht registration. Dixcart has also expanded, over the past decade to offer residence and citizenship advice, with the establishment of Dixcart Domiciles Limited. The Group also offers serviced offices, with a very successful Dixcart Business Centre having been established in Malta over ten years ago.
Nathan obtained a B.Comm in Financial Management and majored in Accounting, Finance and Investment Management, from the University of Johannesburg, in South Africa.
